An important notice for authors
Papers should be written in accordance to Style and Format of Policing - An International Journal of Police Strategies & Management (see Emerald web page). The best 6-8 papers will be published in the Journal in 2009. Pursuant to the requirement of originality, it is important that the paper has not been previously published in any other publication. Papers are due on September 24, 2008.
Those authors who would like to have their paper published are invited to submit it to me. These papers are to comply with the relevant style and format standard and be
written in error-free English. They will be peer-reviewed by at least two anonymous peer reviewers. Should you be willing to act as a peer-reviewer, please let me know
ASAP. The remaining papers will be published in other publications such as edited books and the Journal of Criminal Justice and Security (abstracted in Criminal Justice
Abstracts and World-wide Political Science Abstracts). All papers, published either in a journal or a book, will be peer reviewed.
