Fees & Registration (Price per person)

The above fees (in Euro, incl. VAT) include the following:

• Admission to all conference sessions;
• Conference documentation and conference bag;
• Certificate of attendance;
• Welcome reception;
• Coffee breaks; and
• Book of conference proceedings.

The Organiser will keep 30% of the registration fee for all other cancellations up to and including 31 July, 2018. The Organiser will keep 70% of the registration fee for all other cancellations between 1 August and 30 August, 2018. There will be no refunds for cancellations after 1 September, 2018.

Only fully registered delegates can present papers at the conference and only papers of the delegates who are fully registered will be published in the Conference Proceedings and included in the Conference Programme. Authors and presenters need to register and complete the registration by not later than 15 August.

To fully complete the registration process authors need to:
